RETURN OPTIONS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@chicmill.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can choose either store credit (free return shipping) or refund to original payment method ($5 return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund).

Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.

QUALIFYING RETURN ITEMS

  • Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
  • All original packaging must be included (pouch, envelope, sleeve).
  • We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.

EXCHANGES

We aren’t able to offer automatic exchanges right now - instead, we provide free* returns, free* shipping, and store credit to ensure you receive something you love.
*US only. International orders are responsible for shipping.
